Refund and Returns Policy
It is the policy of Vin de Classique International to do everything possible to ensure that you can shop from us with confidence. To that end, we ensure our products are of the highest possible quality and we additionally provide detailed information on every item offered in our online store to make sure you are as informed about the products you wish to purchase, as possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us by phone on ……….. or via email on admin@vdcinternational.co.za to arrange a replacement or refund.
Goods Damaged on Delivery
If your purchased goods are received damaged, defective or do not match what you ordered, please contact us to arrange a replacement, subject to the following conditions:
• You must notify us of any problems with your order within 3 days of original delivery;
• The item(s) you ordered should be intact (other than any damage as stated when delivered) and be in its original packaging.
Cooling Off Period
In the unlikely event that you no longer want the items you purchased from , we provide a 7-day ‘cooling off period’ during which time you may return your purchase to us for a full refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
• You must notify us of your intention to return your purchase within 7 days from the date of your purchase;
• The items to be returned must be in their original packaging and in a re-saleable, ‘as new’ condition;
• Any wine or consumables purchased must be sealed and must not have been opened, apart from where you experienced quality issues, in which case we will accept and opened bottle, to test the content;
• Partial returns or exchanges are not accepted;
• Original shipping costs are not refundable;
• The cost of returning the items to us will be your responsibility, apart from if you experienced quality issues, in which case, we will refund you for courier costs.
Other things to note:
Returns that meet our returns conditions outlined above will be offered as store credit for use towards another purchase , or where this is not required, paid as a full refund (minus any original shipping costs) to the original payment method used when checking out on the Vin De Classique website. Return requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and no refund or store credit – be it full or partial – will be offered.
